Terms of service

ResizePictures (“the service”) is a free web application for resizing, cropping and converting pictures. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and may change or be discontinued at any time.

You keep all rights to the pictures you open and the files you save. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any picture you process. Because the work happens in your browser, we normally never receive your pictures; where a format has to be converted on our server, you grant us only the transient technical permission needed to convert it and return the result to you.

Do not use the service to process unlawful content, to attack or overload the servers, or to circumvent its limits (for example the 40 MB file size). Automated bulk use of the conversion service requires prior written permission.

Pictures you save may be used for any purpose, personal or commercial, without attribution. We make no guarantee that a given size or format will be accepted by every website, printer or government office — always check their requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss or corruption of files.
